Julijanas Želudevičius

Julijanas brings 14 years of experience in research and development of fiber optical systems, fiber lasers and amplifiers. He has vast experience in implementation of projects related to power scaling and optimization of fiber lasers. He is responsible for the design, assembly and testing of all fiber optical systems currently under development at Astrolight. He is also overseeing optical, electrical and mechanical integration of fiber optical components into the final product. Julijanas has acquired a PhD in materials engineering for his work on optimization of pulsed fiber lasers, nonlinear pulse combining and optical frequency conversion. With co-authors he has published 12 scientific papers and is the author of 2 patents.
