Executive Assistant
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to play a critical role in driving operational excellence at our fast-growing startup. Your responsibilities will span business planning support, office and travel coordination, HR administration, internal communications, financial tracking, and organizing key events and documentation. As a core part of the team, you’ll help turn our company’s mission into reality by ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Build tools and processes for business analytics and financial planning.
- Maintain and organize company agreements, documents and internal databases.
- Oversee office operations, managing supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the team.
- Support HR processes, including employee documentation, onboarding, and internal policies.
- Process and track invoices and expense reports.
- Organize company events, client meetings, team workshops, and internal communications.
- Prepare and manage internal reports and business documentation.
- Handle a part of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
- Minimum 1 year or relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in executive support and operations.
- Ability to handle documentation, reporting, and internal coordination.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to support company growth and grow together.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with HR processes and employee documentation.
- Experience in handling travel logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.
Salary range: €2,200–3,000 gross.
